when will my internet connection be activated and how do I order?
our website offers an availability check of our products, based on the test results you can order the service that suits you best. after processing your order dommel.com will send your contract together with your first invoice (if applicable) by email. in order to activate your connection you'll need to return a signed copy of your contract (by fax, email or postal service) and pay the first invoice. If a technical intervention is needed an installation date will be provided by us, otherwise we will remotely activate your web connection.

no, for a cityline or netline connection no belgacom subscription is needed. however a raw copper connection should be available.
how do I switch products and wich costs are involved?
changing products can be done by using our crm (customer login panel). all costs are displayed when making a change.
what will be the maximum speed of my internet connection?
we guarantee a speed of 20mbps with our speedconnect (vdsl2) products, all other presented speeds are theoretically up to feasable speeds in ideal circumstances. the effective speed will much depend on the quality of the modem and splitter that are being used, the wiring inside your home or company and also the distance to the nearest cabinet. email your full address to support[at]dommel[dot]com to know how far you are removed from the local cabinet.
