step 1:: read the terms and conditions as stated in your current contract

wich is the minimum period of your current contract?
if you cancel your contract after you fulfill the terms, your current provider can't charge you an early termination fee. in most cases the minmimum period of a contract will be one year. cancelling before the end of the minimum term will allow your current provider to charge a early termination fee.
how and when to terminate your contract?
attention ! never cancel your current contract before your dommel.com connection is activated, otherwise you risk a down-time of your internet connection. a new adsl-account can only be activated after the cancellation procedure. we strongly recommend to send your cancellation request by registered letter. keep in mind to start the cancellation procedure before the renewal date of your contract.

before cancelling your current contract order your dommel.com connection online using this site.
we will send your new contract together with the first invoice (in case of a promotional first free month we only send you your new contract) by email. sign the contract and send it back to us (via fax: 011 92 00 00 / by e-mail: order@dommel.com / by postal service). as soon as we've processed your signed application and (if there's no promotional free month) have received your first payment, your account will be activated.
